Paragon Integrated Business Systems, Inc., doing business as WAC Southeast ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. 1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address.
Customer Data You Provide
You may upload or input your customers' names, phone numbers, and email addresses to use our review request and appointment reminder features. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before providing their information to us.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. Your credit card number and billing details are collected and stored directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
Phone Numbers and SMS Data
We collect and store phone numbers provided by our subscribers (business owners) for the purpose of sending transactional SMS messages including review requests, appointment reminders, and rebooking messages. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering these messages and are not sold, shared for marketing, or used for any purpose unrelated to the Service. SMS message content, delivery status, opt-out preferences, and timestamps are logged to ensure compliance and service quality.
Email Communications Data
We process email addresses and email content sent through the Service on your behalf using Resend. Delivery status and engagement data are processed to provide the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Send review requests via SMS and email to your customers on your behalf
Send appointment reminders via SMS and email to your customers on your behalf
Send rebooking messages via SMS to your customers on your behalf
Generate AI-drafted review responses
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send you account-related communications (billing, support, updates)
Analyze usage to improve features and user experience
Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS/Text Messaging Consent and Practices
Paragon Integrated Business Systems sends SMS/text messages to end customers on behalf of our subscribers (home service businesses) through the TradeStarHQ platform. The following practices apply:
Consent: Our subscribers must obtain prior express consent from their customers before adding them to the platform. Consent is obtained when a customer provides their phone number during service booking, on a work order, invoice, or service agreement, or through an electronic form or booking confirmation.
Message Types: Review requests (1 per completed job), appointment reminders (up to 2 per appointment), and rebooking messages (1 per completed job or no-show).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive 1–4 messages per service interaction.
Opt-Out: Recipients can reply STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving SMS messages. A confirmation will be sent.
Help: Recipients can reply HELP to any message for assistance and support information.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge end customers for messages.
Carriers: Messages are delivered via Twilio and support all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or trade phone numbers or SMS data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We share information only with:
Service Providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Convex (database hosting), and Vercel (web hosting). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Google: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access review data via Google APIs to display and respond to reviews.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and customer data for as long as your account is active. Phone numbers of recipients who have opted out (replied STOP) are retained in our opt-out list to ensure we honor their preference. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
