Last week Sage issued updates for Sage 100 version 2021 (Update 1) and 2020 (update 3) as well as Payroll 2.21.2. Noteworthy changes include an upgraded Paperless Office (PDF) driver as well as a change in the location where a local Sage folder exists to avoid a potential conflict with Microsoft OneDrive synchronizations.
Sage 100 2019 received no product update though it is still officially supported until the Sage 100 2022 release - likely in the 1st half of 2022.
If you are on any of these current versions and would like the updates installed, please reach out to us and let us know. If you are on a current ProActive Care Support Level Agreement, you may be eligible for us to install these updates at no charge.
If you are not on a current version of Sage 100, please reach out to us for an upgrade. It is very important to be on a current and supported version of Sage 100.
What versions of Sage 100 are currently supported? What are the End of Life (EOL) dates for Sage 100?
Sage 100 supported versions, retired product versions, and retirement dates for phone and e-mail support, product updates (PUs), hot fixes, tax table updates (TTUs):
Important:
Retired versions have limited phone support or support is no longer available - i.e. Sage 100 Customer Support may decline to support, and is no longer making callback appointments or researching issues for retired Sage 100 (formerly Sage MAS 90 or 200) versions
Sage reserves the right to determine if and when Product Updates and Hot Fixes will be issued.
Special PAYROLL Considerations:
If you are using Payroll in Sage 100 version 2017 or earlier, you will need to work with WAC Solution Partners to upgrade to a supported version of Sage 100 Payroll to remain compliant. We always recommend users upgrade to the most current Sage 100 Payroll version available for compliance and other changes.
